Bora has 21 years of experience in Turkish corporate finance and commercial banking.  Before establishing Proxima Centauri, Bora was the Director of Ankara Commercial Center at Odeabank, who was responsible of TL 3, 1 billon asset size with over 1,200 clients at the region. Before that he worked as Head of Sales in Commercial Banking at HSBC Turkey. At the early stages of his career, he worked as a Branch Manager at Garanti Bankası, Abm Amro N.V. and HSBC respectively.

Accomplished numbers of renewable energy projects by having Energy Law Institute “Expert Certificate” and being member of Turkish Wind Energy Association. He also has Capital Market Activities Level 3 & derivative instruments certificate. He has completed several programs in London and Hong Kong. He has a great experience across debt and equity, capital markets, M&A, and structured finance. Bora has a Bsc from METU. He is a native Turkish speaker and fluent in English.

Nejat has 14 years of experience in Turkish corporate finance and commercial banking. Before establishing Proxima Centauri, Nejat was a Branch Manager at Garanti Bankası. Before that he worked at Ankara Directorate, responsible of Commercial Banking , he has also experienced Commercial Banking CRM and Commercial Loan Officer at the same bank at the early years of his career. Nejat had also Finance Manager experience in a group of companies.

He has considerable experience across financial analysis, project finance, and structured finance, especially with multi-national and high-volume companies. He also has Capital Market Activities Level 1 certificate and completed several programs in London for management skills. Nejat has a BA from Gazi University. He is a native Turkish speaker and fluent in English.
